Jisus, echiche banyere I
Nenye utọ n'obi;
Ma ihu iru-I ka utọ,
N'iz'ike na nsọ Gi.
Verse 2
Ọ nwegh onu nke pur'iko,
Echiche amagh kwa,
Aha kariri nke-I n'utọ,
Onye-nzọput'uwa!
Verse 3
Olil'anya ndi nakwa njọ!
Onu ndi di nwayọ!
Ndi dar'ada nenwe nzota,
Ndi nachọ I nwe ngọzi.
Verse 4
Ma ndi chotara Ya? madu
Apugh ikowa ya!
Ihu-n'anya-Ya, ih'o bu
Nani ndi-Ya mara.
Verse 5
Jisus, nani onu nke-ayi!
I gabu ugw'olu;
Bur'inya-isi-ayi ugbu a,
Na mgbe ebigh-ebi! Amen.
